A few simple guidelines to make sure your tour with Tufan is smooth, safe, and unforgettable.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour. We accept cash in USD, EUR, or AZN. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
Be On Time
Please be at your hotel lobby or agreed pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. Mr. Tufan will always be on time — we kindly ask the same from our guests.
Respect Local Culture
Azerbaijan has a rich culture and warm traditions. Please dress modestly when visiting mosques or religious sites. Treat local people with respect and kindness — they will do the same for you.
Photography
Photography is welcome at almost all tourist spots. Some mosques, government buildings, and military areas may restrict photos. Your guide will let you know on the spot — just ask if unsure.
Children & Families
All ages are welcome on our tours. Child seats are available at no extra cost — just let us know in advance. Our tours are paced comfortably for families with children of all ages.
Health & Safety
Wear comfortable shoes for outdoor tours. Bring water, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing. A first aid kit is always available in our vehicles. Your safety is our top priority.
100% Private Tours
Every tour is completely private — just you and your group. You will never be mixed with strangers or other tourists. The itinerary, pace, and stops are all tailored exclusively for you.
24/7 Availability
Mr. Tufan is personally reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout your entire stay in Azerbaijan. Call, WhatsApp, or message at any time — day or night.
Languages
Tours are available in English, Turkish, Russian, and Arabic. If you need a different language, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Personal Belongings
Please keep your valuables secure at all times. Tufan Tour is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. We recommend leaving expensive jewelry at your hotel during outdoor tours.
